My Athletics Goal !@
We are preparing for athletics and my goal is high jump because
I would like to improve from last time we did athletics day.
Athletics:
Athletics day helps you to get fit and healthy.When you do athletics you should have lots of water and warm up first.
Athletics day is :
Athletics day is a day wear you and your team does lots of stuff.here are some things that we do in Athletics.
long jump,high jump,shot put,running and discuss.
The day of athletics :
first bit of running: I came 3rd in running
finials of running:I came 4th in the finials of running
and i was soo good at high jump.
THE ATHLETICS WAS AMAZING
